You are not the product. We don’t want to harvest your data to sell ads or build a profile of your work habits. We make that possible by charging a fair price for a well-built tool.

Why we don’t have a “Log In” button

Apple does security better than us. Why should we build a custom authentication server when Apple employs thousands of security engineers? We use the infrastructure behind iCloud to keep your data safe.

Your data outlives our apps. If you delete trodoro tomorrow, your data is still on your device and in your iCloud account. You aren’t locked into our servers.

Privacy by architecture, not just policy

Most apps store your data on their servers, encrypted with their keys. We built trodoro differently. Your projects, time logs, and client lists are stored in your iCloud account — on Apple’s servers, not ours.

We can’t see your data — even if we wanted to. There’s no user database to breach. No email list to leak. No passwords to steal.

Your data lives on your device first, synced through Apple’s infrastructure. Work offline, on a plane, or wherever you need to. Your data is always there.

Built for Apple, not ported to Apple

We chose to build exclusively for Apple. Not Android, not Windows. No cross-platform framework that works everywhere but feels at home nowhere.

It’s a real trade-off — we’re saying no to a large part of the market. But it lets us build apps that look, work, and feel like they belong on your devices. Your data stays in Apple’s ecosystem, the apps launch instantly, and everything syncs seamlessly across iPhone, iPad, and Mac.
